Fraudulent company of the Decade
This company is a fraud, my 78k is struck with the company and I have emailed the seniors found email Id in linkedin but of no use no one replies and honestly no one reads this reviews from HEG and bother to read and resolve the issues. Adding to my experience I received my refund as my airlines refunded to HEG within 24 hours and I had emailed the higher ups of HEG and my refund process was done within 5 days. Well I am not using HEG anytime in my future as my booking was not done correctly it was my luck flights were cancelled and my refund was received but not a trust worthy company to bet on when you actually want to travel. Maybe spend few bucks and use other websites but not HEG.
