Absolutely outstanding shopping experience !
I'm simply delighted with my online shopping experience. First it was the only site able to source specific and hard to find products (technical nature). The Sales and customer service Team (in my case Wing) is outstanding and putting anytime the customer first. While shipment may seem uncommon at first, processing is done as declared on the Website and even better. Any problem is quickly and professionally solved with the customer interest in mind. Shipment by ePacket and tracking was excellent, accurate and fast (from China to Indonesia). The ordered and received products were brand new, perfectly packed, fully functional and matching exactly the original broken item to replace. I can only warmly recommend the platform and I would rate my shopping experience on ebuy7.com as the best one compared to other well known platforms. It will certainly be my first stop for future needs. Well done, keep the excellence ongoing and stay safe/healthy. Thank you !
