Don't order from JJs House
The try-on and swatch seemed great. Until all the bridesmaids ordered the dresses, none of the dresses match, and they refuse to refund or exchange. Paid for a $208 dress that the bride doesn't want any of us to wear because we can't get them to help us get the right colors. Some dresses are turquoise and some are shades of blue. It is just a drop ship company with terrible customer service. Don't even consider ordering from here or any of their other look alike sites. Stick to somewhere trusted. Their response on here to use appropriate channels... I contacted customer service through their chat multiple times as well as via email. One was very unprofessional, and the other was more professional, but forwarded us an email that just says they won't help resolve any issue. This has caused stress for the bride since she doesn't want the ladies wearing the blue dresses, but they want to wear them since they paid for them. The bride has expedited dresses from elsewhere at her own great expense. I tried to handle this for her with JJs House, but they were so unhelpful. Their next response that we didn't contact them within 14 days. There is a problem with their short return timeline. The other bridesmaids ordered after I did, and it was discovered later that none of the dresses ordered in the same color actually match each other. JJ's house was unwilling to exchange any of the dresses that were the incorrect color. My dress was actually the right color, but since they wouldn't help the other bridesmaids, my dress was useless.
