I was bought a Black & Decker 536 Workmate as a gift. During assembly I found 2 split pins were missing. I contacted Black & Decker support. They were unwilling to assist without the invoice. My argument that these missing parts are literally worth a few pence fell on desk ears. Their fault but they won't rectify the situation. Won't be buying Black & Decker items in future.
