It sounds like this company is a scam. They try everything they can to not refund you. Maybe there would be less negative reviews if they would actually take the advice from their customers and adhere to their own policies and advertise the actual item instead of AI versions. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Thanks people for giving a heads up and avoid shopping here.
