1 star is too good for them
1 star is too good for them. Wish my wife had seen these reviews before ordering clothes from this company. Even the excellent reviews look bogus with not just bad spelling but unusual phrasing. You order clothes having seen images that look fine. They delivered very quickly suggesting they have a warehouse in the UK somewhere, Goods were of very poor quality, customer service offered a 15% refund rather than send back, I refused and they offered 25% and I still refused, they gave me a return label which I sent off in November last year with tracking on it. The item did clear customs in China and then was returned this week undelivered. Much contact with customer service and they come across very plausible knowing that you can never return anything so no refund will ever be given. Just a big con from start to finish. Other reviews suggest they are linked to other brand names - be very wary!.
