Brides to be - Take advice and Dont trust JJ house!!!!
I am deeply devastated by JJ house! I tried several dresses through their "try it at home" programme and I fell in love with one dress that unfortunately was faulty and had buttons missing! When I contacted the customer service they said there is nothing to be done about it and that i should take it for repair elsewhere if i wanted to keep the dress or order a new one at full price (loosing the 15% discount offered by the try it at home programme). I decided to order a new one and lose my discount. As a result, my dress arrived 3 weeks later and the dress was faulty!! There were holes in the lace part of the dress and you could see that it was from the production line! I asked for a replacement asap as that was now 10 days before my wedding! Initially they claimed that the dress passed their quality control even though they couldnt provide solid proof, they send photos but it was of the body and not the lace sleeves!!! They said they could send me a replacement but wouldnt arrive on time and that I should take it elsewhere for repair, a brand new dresd!! That would have cost me a couple of hundred quid to repair but that was impossible as they had to replace the whole sleeve and match the lace!!! I am deeply devastated! On one of the most special days of my life I was left hanging with a faulty dress!!!
