Very angry!!😡 I ordered a dress from Mixiedress which was promoted by Loverly Grey. It took several weeks to arrive from CHINA. The cut and quality were appalling and the zip was broken. They refused to send me a returns label for weeks, but I persisted. They then offered me $8. I said I wanted a full refund as the item was faulty. They then sent me a return address but said I had to pay the postage back to China and that it might’ve held up in customs and therefore I wouldn’t get a refund. They then offered me $9. I am still in dispute with them. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
