Very disappointed and frustrated. I found two pieces of jewelry which I loved. A necklace and earrings. When they arrived they looked low quality and cheap. I reached out to the Chic Her jewelry more than a dozen times wanting to return items and they do not respond. I am asking for a full refund. The products and inferior customer service are severely lacking.
I have to admit they do a good job making the jewelry look amazing on their website. It took forever to arrive. They never contacted me with proof of my purchase. I had no way to contact them. I ended up contacting PayPal because I thought it was a scam. I need to ship items back. I finally reached out and they have not made contact with me. Horrible customer service. Not even a phone number. I paced my order on May 20, 2024 and waited over a month.
I received my order and immediately was very disappointed with the quality of my items. Out of 7 items ordered I could only use 1. Please do not spend your hard earned money with Roselinlin. I spent over $100 and never received my refund. Shame on them They are thieves for keeping my money Horrible customer service!! Will never order from them again.
Horrific! Will never do business with them ever. Do not waste your money with Roselinlin. At first you will be very impressed by their website. It is a scam! The merchandise is inferior! Incredibly disappointed in Roselinlin. Now trying to get a refund and they can't even honor that. Not sure why I am surprised by this. You are better off shopping at a consignment store, thrift store or going to a garage sale. I wish I had read the reviews first or better yet wadded up my money and lit it on fire!!!
