I'm not sure if this company is a scam…
I'm not sure if this company is a scam or not. I paid for a watchstrap and something was sent but returned to sender the day after Christmas. I did not receive any notice of attempted deliveries. I have tried to contact the company about the order but I have received zero response. According to the USPS tracking history, the package was sent to RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA 91730 on January 2. I appreciate that Dr. Watchstrap responded to me on January 12. I am looking forward to receiving the package and will update this review if I get it. I eventually did receive the watchstrap. It was good quality and I'm pleased with the purchase. The delay was partly the result of an incorrect address, which could have been my fault. Although there may have been an autocorrect function that put in a strange address.
