Doesn't work with iPhone 8 and Galaxy S21 Ultra
After two attempts (3 hours each) to transfer data from an iPhone 8 to a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, WhatsApp started in the Android device with all the chats EMPTY. NO DATA TRANSFERED at all. No straight forward way of asking for a refund (as many companies that offer a no-questions-asked 30 day money back warranty). Asked for a refund vía ticket 5 hours ago and haven't received a reply yet. After uninstalling the app, I noticed that there was a rougue "wondershare passport" app running in background. Had to end the process manually and removing all the folders of the installed app. What a waste of time and money!
