Had a issue with a part that is fairly important, but after speaking to customer service, Mona took care of my issue and got a replacement part headed my way so that i can confidently run the motor I purchased from Stirlingkit. Very polite and ready to help. Patience is key, and they get it handled. The product is a good piece of machinery and am happy to have gotten it. Great work everyone!
