Standing ovation for Oura Customer Service
Oura's customer service group was REALLY customer service....The representative listened to the issue, discussed the issue and quickly found a solution - 7 minutes, start to finish. No "let me put you on a quick on hold" hour long call nonsense - aka customer repellant. Oura provided me quick, efficient and professional telephonic customer service. The way it is supposed to be. Oura has empowered professional representatives. My Oura CSR called me at the exact scheduled time. He was polite, professional, respected my time and had the authority to make decisions - and did - on the spot. SO REFRESHING!! My Oura customer service experience was an 11 in a corporate world of 0's, 1's, 2's and maybe an occasional 3. Standing ovation for Oura!
