Run from Explore Trip
Of the 5 flights booked on a European vacation, ONLY Explore Trip refused to refund my money or issue me a voucher # due to the pandemic for a flight from Madrid to Barcelona. Their tactic is to kick the can down the road until you give up. ALL the rest of my flights which I booked directly with the individual airlines eventually refunded my money. Lesson learned...If possible do not use a travel agency...if you do, you have have to go through them for any refund or voucher...The airlines will not help you. Explore Trip is a SCAM!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!
