Great Service @ Jetpac Travel eSIM
I have been using Jetpac Travel sim a few times without any problems, it always connected and worked fine. Until yesterday when I arrived in Bangkok me and my friend had difficulties to activate the sim. Nothing worked to get the eSIM connected. I used the helpline on WhatsApp and got a response right away. After a few auto questions I was connected to a real person to assist me in changing some of my phone settings. Mr. Almin, from JetPac Global Support went out of his way to find the problem and guided me step by step through my phones settings until it was connected. Now my eSIM is working without problems.
