I wish I had listened to reviews before ordering. I ordered a month ago with delivery by April 28th. It's May, no package and no shipping updates. I sent a message to customer service and I'm told to wait another 2 weeks. No way does it take 6+ weeks to ship stuff. I've ordered from Shein many times and gotten my stuff in a couple weeks. If I had to take a guess, Rosegal just stole my money and I'm not getting anything in return. I will NEVER order from Rosegal again. Awful company. Save you money and your energy. Check out Shein. EDIT- Rosegal has now accused me of lying. They told Trust pilot they don't think I had a"genuine experience" with their company (screenshots of order confirmation AND all correspondence with them has been given to Trust pilot as proof of my "genuine" AWFUL experience with this SCAM of a company). Also to add, they haven't been "able" to contact their shipping company in 10 days to track my order so of course, no refund. $130 gone y'all. STEER CLEAR OF ROSEGAL!
