Stay away from this dishonest company
Stay away from this dishonest company! I accepted a trial service offer was dissatisfied with the work and immediately sent them an email declining any further services and requesting cancellation of my membership. This email was sent in June of 2023 but the company continued to charge me a monthly membership fee of $49 on the grounds that I had not cancelled the service on their website. Unfortunately I did not notice this automatic charge on my credit card until 4/2026 by which time the company had charged me $1666!! When I brought this to their attention they acknowledged that they had received my email cancelling their service but offered me a refund of just $196 — ie just over 10% of the amount they had scammed me for. I am beyond frustrated by this complete disregard for honesty, customer care or integrity.
