Two months and counting for the mobile game that I played to even try to get a hold of their customer service on rapid pay should’ve found a different way to transfer eww just eww
rap pay is the chosen payout method for a game that I play online I entered my banking information and no payment went through and the game reverse that one so I entered my banking information again make sure it was right and tried to cash out $300 but I never hit my account again so I inquired with the provider it’s been two months. They have no answers for me. They say that rapid pay hasn’t gotten back to them to get a hold of the provider and I’m just out of luck and that they may or may not reverse the transfer even though it hasn’t hit my bank account and I proven this so if you are mobile platform, you’re looking to know everything I’ve read everywhere says your customer service is absolute crap.
