Shuteye shoddy experience!!
I started a free 7 day free trial, I cancelled on the fifth day. However, shuteye took out a year subscription money from my account. Shuteye confirmed I had cancelled my account but did not reimburse my money. I tried to contact on the App but they wanted another payment so even though I have paid, I don’t have access. I have sent two emails over the last three weeks on their website and have received no response to either. I have now found a phone number, which is odd because it is a mobile for their Headquarters in London! I thought, I would comment on their company on Trustpilot to try and warn other people of their fraudulent dealings.
