I had read the reviews for this company and went ahead an ordered 2 Captain Chairs on 12.8.2020. Scheduled delivery 4.23.2021. They were shipped 4.12.2021. They were shipped across country to Florida and as badly as the boxes looked, they were packed well and undamaged. The seats look and feel great. My only complaint is they leave off one arm rest for shipping. That would not be a big deal if they would at least put the hole in the material where the armrest goes. They know where the hole should be, the buyer has to guess by feel. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.
