Refused to provide an invoice
I have repeatedly asked for an invoice for my purchase. One was never provided when I ordered it. Not one has been provided in the 3 times I have asked for one since. Claims they can only send me a screenshot of the order information, but can't send me an actually invoice. Reminded them under consumer law they MUST provide me with a receipt/ tax invoice. I am still fighting for this invoice. I wanted to buy 3 more t-shirts, but I can't trust this company.
