Great Communication
Received updates as the product went thru processing to delivery. This is my second phone case. I loved the first one, however, I dropped my phone on a concrete patio and the slide lock was dislodge from the case making it inoperable. My fault. The case did not shatter. I pitched it and purchased this new one. Same color. Still satisfied.
