Very disgusted and disssppointing
I ordered a two piece cami outfit and two weeks later received the wrong order. Not only was it the wrong order, it was the most hideous looking dress, and something I would have never ordered. It had no tags, and it appeared to be old and a returned item. I immediately contacted Lovely wholesale to inform them they sent the wrong order. Their response was to send it back and I would have to pay for the return. This made me very angry because it was their mistake so why should I pay to send it back and wait another two to three weeks. I felt that their response was very tacky and unprofessional. The horrible red, zebra print dress was so ugly, and I was so disgusted I decided to throw it in the Goodwill box. Afterwards, somebody at lovely wholesale continued to send me emails, back to back, after I told them repeatedly to remove me from their email list, and stop sending me emails. They continued to offer me a discount off my next order, and I felt that this was still not enough for their mistake. First and last time ordering from this company.
