You must scroll within the listing to see it; they snuck it in intentionally. Item Nhwk333105 refers profile of person wearing a Native American war bonnet as "SAVAGE HEAD". Just type "nig*er" or "savage" in their search box and you'll see the items. Customer service refuses to remove the hateful language. After a back/forth with customer service, they ultimately replied "Please respect our cultural differences". As the context of the derogatory terms come from the USA, how are those terms related to the culture of China & Mexico?! Nihao Jewelry is a CULTURE OF HATE. I don't support companies that promote racism, whether it's "gook", "chink", "fresh off the boat", "wetback", "beaner", "cracker", "nig9er", "savage". It's not acceptable. Nihao Jewelry promotes violent, hateful, offensive, and unprofessional language. They will not get my business or dollars. They REFUSED to change the listing after several private back/forth emails over several days. They've now added 2 fake positive reviews to this site to drown out my complaint.
