Trading or gambling?
The app seems to focus on trading market volatility which makes the app more of a gamble rather than an invest. Having said that I had no problem withdrawing my money (after verifying my account with ID, which is a regulatory thing). The danger is that the temptation to gamble needs to be manages carefully. They offer incentives to post on trust pilot. I am not going to claim so I can ethically post this message.
