Little mistake on order, good and reactive support
I ordered a new battery for my laptop as the official manufacturer was out of stock. This battery comes in 2 capacities, I ordered the bigger one on this website and when it was delivered, I realized I received the smaller one. I didn't open it and immediately emailed their support. They answered quickly, were helpful and suggested me if it was ok with me to test the one I received and, if it works correctly, to get refunded part of the price, which they quickly did after confirmation. While a bit frustrating at the beginning, good experience overall and I can say it is safe to order here
