You can wait and only hope, communication only til you make your order
Costumer experience is only positive til you make your purchase. Not fair and costumer oriented company, would not support or trust them. I wanted two costume made watch straps (not cheap ones), I got instant answer via whatsapp and support til I made my order. Then didn’t hear anything, no change in the status of my order for a week. Then I reached out on every possible platform to them, NOT GETTING ANSWER. Finally, when I made a complaint on paypal they reached out and they finally cancelled my order because after 2 weeks of waiting time they didn’t even started my order and they couldn’t guarantee to ship within the next 2 weeks either. They even made me feel bad about my complaints, I didn’t get an apology or compensation. Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. Even if they decide to make your costume order for an affordable price, I wouldn’t support this company. (Ps they forgot to inform as well that for a week they have holidays in February, it is not mentioned online and no automated messages would warn you either. Like you should know it 🤷🏼♀️)
