Suspended without providing a reason. Lost 6 month of work!!!
I bought a domain name from this company. I would advise ignoring this company, as their legal and abuse team might close your domain name even if you provide all documentation. My competitor abusively reported me; they suspended my account. I have provided documents, and they said, "We cannot remove the suspension; we conducted some internal research, and this is confidential". So right now I am so worried. I have all the documentation, and they won't tell me what is wrong; they haven't refunded me, and they won't put my service back. I lost 6 months of work and SEO. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
