This one star is the best i can do. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant, unhelpful.....all good words to use when i think of the "helpdesk". Threats of expulsion and certificate cancellation?! Really? Because i am insisting that i am entitled to the "free buddy passes" which were included in the $99 deal which i bought! No guys! You simply can not deal with your clients this way. Bad, bad service and very poor ethics. Feels like I've been ripped off.
