I’ve been taking these supplements for a couple months now. I love the magnesium and the D3. The liposomal sleep WORKS! I was skeptical at first but it truly helps me fall asleep faster. I bought one for a friend too who also has trouble falling asleep and she loves it! Great company with awesome customer service!
