Horrendous after sales customer service
The laptop is good for the price however the after sales on Chuwi are horrendous! My laptop charger stopped working at 2 weeks and I emailed them multiple times but no one responded over 6 months. When I did hear back from them, the customer service representative said to either buy one from them or ask the supplier for help (not realizing they are suppliers themselves). I attached the invoice and requested a product replacement but still nothing. Surprised that this product comes with a warranty but no one is responding to fulfil that obligation. Shame as the laptop was good but can't use it without the charger.
