Don't book with them
I booked a ticket with them in Feb 2020, paid another $900 as a cancellation charge on Mar 17 and was promised a refund back in couple of months. It has been a year, I have neither received the original amount back neither the cancellation charges. After exploretrip’s reply- I got similar reply last September when I filed for chargeback that someone will contact me right away, no one has contacted, only I have reached multiple times and only wasted my time and energy. June 8 Update - Explore trip mentioned on May 17 "For any other queries , please write to us at an email. Please be informed that the customer would receive a call back from the CB team soon to settle this issue." Well it has been 3 weeks and still no response. I shouldn't be surprised.
