Awful start, great finish!
My experience initially was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication was unclear, and I felt like I was not getting the information or support I needed. The process seemed disorganized, which left me concerned and unsure about what to expect. Fortunately, Catherine N. stepped in and completely changed my experience. She took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and most importantly, followed through on everything she said she would do. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving the issues restored my confidence. While the beginning of my experience was very poor, Catherine N.'s outstanding customer service turned things around. She is a true asset to the organization, and I greatly appreciate her help.
