Avoid This Company – Serious Payment Issues
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with WDC (We Deliver Car). I paid £137.46 out of my own pocket for work-related expenses and was only reimbursed £31.36, with no proper explanation for the missing amount. This is completely unacceptable. I was also charged £200 for returning the kit, which feels excessive, especially when they have already failed to reimburse legitimate expenses. Attempts to resolve this directly were ignored, leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter formally. I strongly warn anyone considering working with this company: be extremely careful. Make sure you fully understand all terms, especially around payments and expenses, before you start. Based on my experience, transparency and fairness are serious concerns.
