Steeldive innovatively makes interesting watches! However for a real watch brand to sustain and survive long term, the clients need to have access also to proper local service and repairs, in each market. All business is local! Not acceptable to have a broken watch and having to return it to Shenzhen to get i repaired. lso not sustainable from environmental perspectives. Also, European post forwarders apply full prices for packages to China cotrary to Chinese post forwarders to Europe! Suggestion; setup local representatives in Europe and other markets offering both sales/distrivbution and after sales repairs/service/upgrades! ....Then a five star! Br Christofer Friberg, Sweden
