No updates!
I placed an order mid June 2026 and it said the label was created on June 23rd. Today is now July 7th and I have not heard any updates from this Uni Uni place and The First Red. I tried to email The First Red, but have not received a response. Google gave me Uni Uni’s contact email but says it’s invalid and when you try chatting with them, nothing actually reaches a real person. I thought this place was shipped from Texas, not some Uni Uni postal storage I’ve never heard from. I hope I’m not getting scammed but until I receive my order or hear an update from either company, my money is wasted. The First Red seems to have higher reviews which is reassuring, but it should not take this long. Especially to not hear any tracking update at all.
