Avoid them at all cost!
Avoid them at all cost. I recently purchased a 3D printer from them which turned out to be faulty and not working as it should so I have requested to return the printer but they constantly try to force me to do some work on it and "DIY" even though I have mentioned numerous time I am not comfortable doing so and do not have the tools or expertise to do it. Avoid them please I have been chasing my money for a while.
