I've been trying to reach them for a whole week and all my emails have all been ignored. no response. I've now asked for a refund and a confirmation when done. I hope I get some feedback. It doesn't look promising, I wouldn't take the chance to deal with them again. ... A day later, I have received a response and a refund! Changed from 1* to 3*
