You gotta be in for a while to see the cracks
Yep, Cake is great. So why 2 stars? Because once you've been in for a while, you start seeing things. This is a company whose staff knows little of the products they sell. Their Customer service is simply appalling (I was ignored, I was misinformed, I was handled by staff who clearly had no idea what they were doing), to the point that I had to solve my own problem (learn the mechanics behind staking and freezing) and, after explicitly demanding to be put in touch with a supervisor, I was once again ignored. So, I'm making a little money on cake, but the company wasted my opportunity to take advantage of the recent rally. Cake, you sell opportunities, right? Well, you wasted significant potential gains for me, so I'll look to invest somewhere else. Somewhere where things are fine when you have problems because you deal with competent people. edit: having sought support and having been ignored even more, I'm downgrading this to 1 star
