Broke EU rules by refusing to refund within 7 day cooling off period.
Downloaded EaseUs but was unable to use it on my machine because it kept giving me errors, uninstalled and contacted the company within 12 hours and they have refused to refund despite me asking twice. If this remains unresolved I am going to raise a complaint with EU & UK trading standards along with contacting my bank to reverse the transaction. ticket #758213 *Update* Contacted them through live chat and asked a third time, they were able to assist me, updated review to a three star review to reflect.
