I am quite please with the customer service at Bare Cases! I ordered the Bare Naked case for iPhone 12 and the corner cracked due to installation about a month after receiving it. I reached out to Bare to explain the issue and provided photos to show that it had not been dropped. They were amazing and responded to my feedback and sent a replacement case right away. Thank you John! I love the low profile case and the frost is exactly what I wanted. It is secure without the bulk.
