My wife bought me one of there tripods for my birthday, she ordered it on express delivery, with what it says on there website about delivery time it should taken a max of 5days. 3 weeks later after my birthday it turns up. The packaging and box looked liked it was pull out of the reject box, once open it wasn t very well put together with all nuts and bolts screws ect weren't even finger tight, no tools to tighten, so had to go buy a Allan key to put together. Once this was done one of the leg is stupidly hard to get down and put up. The centre coloumn comes out but extremely hard to get back in broken plastic thing. Complained threw there website Facebook and Instagram pages and nothing but empty promises of someone getting in contact to resolve this issue and nothing. Once got an email we replied to and low and behold no answer. Nothing from this company. Once this company has your money they don't care about you or any issues you might have with the product they give you a money back guarantee and replacement guarantee but can you get hold of anybody to listen and help NO YOU CAN T . I used to use this company stuff a lot filters tripod s ect I will never be buy anything from this company again they have robbed our money as far as I am concerned, I am still going to have to buy another tripod and we still out of pocket and no birthday present. So so so so disappointed. You then get comment like below you answer it and nothing.
