I booked 48 English sessions for my daughter with Turito after confirming the teacher’s availability. Before making the payment, I received frequent calls and follow-ups. However, once the payment was completed, the communication almost stopped. I had to send multiple emails and messages just to get updates, and my daughter’s account was only set up after repeated follow-ups. To make matters worse, the teacher missed both the first and second scheduled classes without any prior notice. We wasted our time waiting, which seriously affected our confidence in the service. After expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund, the manager, Vaishnavi, asked us to attend one more trial class and assured us that if we were still unhappy, the refund would be processed. Unfortunately, the trial class was also disappointing. It was interrupted by technical issues and got disconnected midway. The teacher also received several phone calls during the session, which disrupted the class further. Based on this experience, both my daughter and I decided not to continue with the classes and requested a refund. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to their customer support and messages to their customer service team, but I have received no response. I would encourage anyone considering Turito to research carefully before signing up. My experience was marked by poor communication, missed classes, disappointing service, and a lack of support after payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
