AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
**UPDATE** After their attempt at making it look like they actually have customer services and saying that ‘someone would be in touch’ shock horror, nothing. Utter rubbish!!! STEER CLEAR OF THEM AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a tripod for £68. I waited for it to be delivered, no notification as to when to expect it. After contacting the company on their ‘customer services’ the reply I received was a screenshot of their system saying it had been delivered, I can assure you it wasn’t! I have emailed this company multiple times and have either been ignored or received shocking levels of customer service responses. I received no note through my door that a delivery attempt had been made, I have received no apology from K&F and have not received a refund. If you have money to throw away on products you will not receive then by all means order from them. However, if you work hard for your money and like to spend it on products that you will be able to use, then shop somewhere else! CON!
