Disgrace company order elsewhere
The reviews you read on here about this company are completely fact !!! I myself ordered a tumbler heat press bundle on the 13th of October and at the time of ordering they was no mention of a pre order product I emailed htv support on the 20th of October to be then told it was a pre order product and will be shipping 3rd Nov that has now passed and they have now changed it to shipping mid Nov so don’t fall for this company’s false promises order elsewhere I have now requested a refund and raised a dispute with my bank regarding this business so trust the reviews you read when considering to order from this business
