DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Buyers, beware. This company does not honor its stated return policy. I received a wig with bleached and plucked knots—a service I did not request. I have never bleached or plucked my lace because I do not like the appearance, and I believe it unnecessarily shortens the lifespan of the unit by weakening the lace over time, even when sealants are used. I immediately contacted customer service, provided photographs, and explained that the wig had been altered without my authorization. Instead of honoring my request to return the item, I have spent days going back and forth with a representative named Elsa. She even acknowledged that the company bleaches and plucks the knots even when customers do not request the service. Rather than accepting the return, I have repeatedly been told to “wear it” because I might end up liking it. That is not the point. I purchased a product expecting it to arrive in its original, unaltered condition—not one that had already been cosmetically modified without my consent. This experience has been extremely disappointing. If you prefer your wigs with untouched lace or expect a company to stand behind its published policies, I encourage you to proceed with caution before purchasing from this company.
