Helpful Custom Service, but partly incorrect information
I have no experience with the product yet. I trust it will be okay. Unfortunately, the information provided on the website regarding transport and payment of customs duties does not correspond to reality. In my case, for the first time, unfortunately (21 days after ordering) I received the wrong product (because something went wrong with the order), so the correct product only arrived on 1st June. I had to pay duty again and the delivery took 24 days this time even though the promise was duty-free 3-5-day delivery. I only give it 3 stars and no less because even though the store says I placed the order incorrectly (which I questioned based on my Google’s browsing data), they still sent me the right product - except for duty - at no extra charge and the "Custom Service" was kind and helpful. So overall, the product got to me 15-20% more expensive in almost 2 months.
