STAY AWAY. Absolute scam.
STAY AWAY. Total scam company. We purchased tickets and opted to pay for travel insurance due to the unpredictability of the pandemic. Low and behold they charge us for the ticket, but purposely don't charge for the insurance. Now we're left without a policy number for travel guard and cannot file a claim to refund our tickets. Now when we call they hang up on us, are incredibly rude, and try to tell us its OUR fault. Stay away, this is a total scam.
