Online Order and Purchase
The pick up / warehouse side of the house is friendly and service i recieved from them is excellent however, the sales side of the house is clearly lacking such virtue. My items was delivered way off the estimated arrival date (D day + 20 days) and no calls/message/anything to inform me about the delay. Only when i call them directly to enquire about it, they then inform me that there is a delay (like duh, if not i call for what). It could have been a excellent rating, but the sales side of the house has to screw it up.
