Carol was extremely pleasant, empathetic, knowledgeable and very personable. She made my situation seamless and easy. The process was very quick, easy to understand and the terms are better than most oot there. Carol was efficient and customer service oriented. The experience was very good.
The staff was very empathetic to my personal needs and because I have been a loyal customer they worked with me so that I could manage my personal affairs. They treated me like a friend not just a number. I highly recommend doing business with a company that actually cares about me and treats me with dignity. I am very satisfied with the results.
